I haven’t received my tracking info?
Your tracking info will typically be sent out around 6-7pm on the day your order was shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link.

Will I receive a shipping / order confirmation email?
Yes, if you can’t find it - be sure to check the email you used when placing the order and check your junk/spam folder in case it goes there!

Part of my order is missing?
Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! If this is the case please check your invoice received with your package. If the missing item is highlighted or has a note, it usually means there has been a stock error and we have emailed or tried to call you about the item.

When will my order be shipped?
We operate Mon-Fri, orders placed within Australia before 3pm (AEST) will be sent on the same day.

Can I exchange an item?
No, unfortunately we can't offer exchanges. What we recommend you do is place a new order for the size you need. If you wish to do this, please note on the returns form "exchange refund" and include both your return order number and your new order number.

The item I want is sold out, what happens now?
Oh no! You must have good taste. You can either sign up to our emails at the bottom of each page under ‘Join Amaroso VIP’ or you can subscribe to a restock notification; this can be done in each product.

I am trying to place an order but I am getting errors in the cart!
First thing that you need to check is your address, please ensure there are no spaces at the start or finish of your postcode and suburb. If you're still having trouble let us know. Make sure to include as much detail as possible and a screenshot of the error.

Can you hold an item for me?
No, we don’t offer any hold type service. All items must be paid for immediately.

How often do you get new stock?
We release new arrivals every week, usually on Wednesday.

Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards don't have an expiry period.

I only want to spend part of my gift card; is this okay?
Yes, you can use partial or all your gift card, any amount not spent will remain on the gift card.

RETURN + CREDITS

Have you received my return
Returns typically take anywhere from 2-7 days for us to receive, you can check on the progress by visiting https://auspost.com.au/track, all you will need is your tracking details which can be found on your receipt. Once we receive your return please allow 1-5 business days for it to be processed. You’ll then receive an email from us with your store credit.

Can I return sale items?
You sure can, provided the item hasn't been marked down 50% or more, any item marked down 50% or more is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

What is the Amaroso returns policy?

How do I receive my store credit?
You will be sent an email with a store credit code. This will be sent to the same address you placed the order with. If you can’t find the email please search ‘Amaroso’ in your emails or check your junk/spam mail.

No, our credits don't have an expiry period.
