SHIPPING + ORDERS

  • I haven’t received my tracking info?

    Your tracking info will typically be sent out around 6-7pm on the day your order was shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link.

  • Will I receive a shipping / order confirmation email?

    Yes, if you can’t find it - be sure to check the email you used when placing the order and check your junk/spam folder in case it goes there!

  • Part of my order is missing?

    Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! If this is the case please check your invoice received with your package. If the missing item is highlighted or has a note, it usually means there has been a stock error and we have emailed or tried to call you about the item.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    We operate Mon-Fri, orders placed within Australia before 2pm (AEST) will be sent on the same day.

  • Where can I find your shipping information?

  • I want to exchange sizes; can you do this?

    No, unfortunately we can't offer exchanges. What we recommend you do is place a new order for the size you need. If you wish to do this, please note on the returns form "exchange refund" and include both your return order number and your new order number.
