Shipping Information
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Australian orders of $150 or more receive free Express shipping. Free international shipping from $250 is available for Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. Rest of World is charged at a flat $50 rate.
What happens if tracking says delivered but I can't find my parcel?
First check around your property, likely safe places, with anyone else at the address and with nearby neighbours.
All Amaroso parcels are sent with signature on delivery. If you requested Safe Drop or gave Australia Post authority to leave the parcel, contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number so they can investigate the delivery scan.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
International customers may be charged duties, taxes or import fees by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the order or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
